WENT TOGETHER AS IT SHOULD , AND WORKS GREAT

Still waiting on parts. Will be another two weeks. Frustrating process.

The lift is working flawlessly,everyone is dealt with was extremely helpful from the salesman to the gentleman at the warehouse where I picked it up. Assembly was straight forward and the directions were very clear.

The KATOOL 950 was exactly what I expected…Great lift. From picking it up from the warehouse to the installation was an easy process. I’m using it as a hobby lift and for the first few weeks of ownership I can say it’s a quality lift for the price! I would buy it again. It was a pleasure working withTurbo Lifts for the purchase!

Terrible customer service

Was a little tricky to install but once I figured it out, the lift works great! I will be buying another one in March!

Very happy with the lift. Only ran into one problem when assembling the lift. One of the T connects for the locking system didn’t match the other side and wouldn’t lock out correctly. I had to modify by cutting the factory welds and turning the T to match the other side and worked great after. Would be a problem for someone that don’t have access to a welder. Would be great if there was a short video of the assembly to help. Not much on the internet.
